Steps

  1. Mix together butter, crisco, and icing sugar.
  2. Separately, combine rice flour, flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Pour dry into wet. Knead a bit.
  4. Divide into 3 equal portions. Roll into logs. Chill 20 minutes.
  5. Slice 1/4 inch thick. Put a cherry in middle.
  6. Bake at 275 F for 20 minutes.
